Making a Difference

Well hello there! Welcome to another Sunday Fun Day with the Sisters in Stamping. Here is my card for today--

 Today, May 1, 2022 the NEW 2022-23 IB&C goes live! I used one of the Hostess sets to make my card today-- that's right, you can only get this super cute set if you Host a Workshop. It's called Begin with a Dream (#159143, $13.00). I also used a New InColor called Tahitian Tide and coordinating bakers twine to put my card together.

So Special Sunday

Hello welcome to another Sisters in Stamping Sunday Fun Day! It's Rachel's turn this week and she picked a Mini Scrapbook challenge. Here is my project-- 

I used several retiring products, stamp set: Tasteful Touches (#152562, $23.00), ribbon: Petal Pink Organdy (#149441, $4.80), paper: In Good Taste ($12.60).

Here is a picture of my Mini Scrapbook open, I used some of the stamps from the set to decorate the pages. I made 2 mistakes when I put it together... can you spot them? Message me if you do, I have a small gift for you!

Owl Shaped Card Today

Hello! The Sisters in Stamping are making shaped cards this week, here is my card--

 Love the fun color combo Blush Blossom, Pear Pizzaz, Flirty Flamingo and Pale Papaya. I traced my template (below) on Blushed Blossom stamped it with the stamp set Spiral Dye (#156927, $17.00) in Flirty Flamingo. The used the die set called Tasteful Labels-- which by the way is retiring soon (#152886, $31.00) for the eyes and the sentiment.

To make my template I cut a sheet from my pad of Stampin' Up! placemats, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I folded the piece in 1/2 lengthwise and rounded the corner and pointed the top to form the ears.

I used the scalloped Heart Punch for the wings and beak.

Here is a picture of the card standing, you can see his little wings are folded up.

Come back next week, the Sisters will be showing some projects made with retiring stamp sets.

Fancy Papers

I used a beautiful set from the Mini Catalog called Flowing Flowers (see set below).

Folding Fun Sunday

Welcome again to another Sunday Fun Day! The Sisters are doing some Fancy Folding this week, here is my card--

I used the stamp set Positive Thoughts (#151490, $21.00) and the matching set of dies, Natures Thoughts (#153586, $29.00), seen here below:

The Fancy Fold I used for this challenge is called a Double Z-Fold.

I had to hold the card down with my finger to get a good picture of it, it wants to pop up!

Hello and welcome! On this Sunday Fun Day you will find some "bundling" going on over at the Sisters in Stamping, here is my card for today--

 The stamp set I used is called Hello Beautiful and it's a very eclectic set! I think that is why I was drawn to it 😀. If you bundle the stamps with the dies you get 10% off!
