I {heart} You

 Hey! Welcome to Sunday Fun Day over at Sisters in Stamping where we are "hearting" this week for you! Here is my card--

Ok....there are a few things that I need to point out with this card. First, you may not recognize this stamp set, it is an early release from the 2022-23 Idea Book & Catalog. The set is called Here Together (#158634) and it is part of a Collection that includes Designer Series Paper, matching dies and new Stampin' Blends colors. Here is a link to the All Together flyer. I really like the way the sparkly ribbon makes the punched heart pop! Speaking of punches, I used the heart punch pack (#151292, $34.00) to punch out the sentiment and to 

create the polished pink border.

Groovy Sunday

I don't know if you know this but it's Sale-A-Bration over at Stampin' Up!! And the Sisters in Stamping are showing some of the free sets that are up for grabs. Here is my card--

 My card is a Sale-A-Bration 2fer-- I used the cute, cute, cute, set called Driving By (#158099) and the 6x6 Designer Series Paper pack called Sunshine & Rainbows (#158126) for a very GROOVY card. Colored in with Stampin' Blends markers and paper pieced the Van. Also, I used the markers to color the Rhinestone Jewels (#144220, $5.00) for some matching bling!

Snow Much Winter Card

Welcome to the first Sunday Fun Day of 2022! The Sisters in Stamping are making Winter Cards this week. Here is my card--

 I used the Layering Diorama Dies (#155565, $29.00) and the Snowman Builder Punch (#150643, $18.00) to make my melting snowman. The snowflakes and the saying come from the stamp set called Snowflake Wishes (#158267, $26.00). I've had this idea rattling around in my head for awhile and I think it turned out really cute!

Sunday Color Challenge

 

CASEing for Sunday

The Sisters in Stamping are CASEing (stands for Copy And Stamp Everthing) cards this week from the Holiday Mini. Here is my card--

I copied the card on page 63 of the Mini Catalog, I changed it up a little-- turned it into a Birthday card and used Party Puffins (#155054, $22.00).

Fun Day Christmas Gifts

Hello and welcome! The Sisters in Stamping are making Christmas Gifts this week for Sunday Fun Day. Here is my project--

I made a tray with Mossy Meadow card stock and stamped it with the new background stamp called Knit Together (#156416, $17.00) in the same color ink to give it a tone on tone look.

The stamp of the little girl pulling the sleigh (isn't she cute!) is from the hostess set, Seasons of Fun (#156576, $12.00). I filled my tray with homemade Sugar Cookie Truffles.

Sugar Cookie Truffles

14 sugar cookies

4T. cream cheese, softened

Place cookies in a gallon ziploc bag and crumble cookies. Add cream cheese and mix together in bag until it comes together in a ball. Use small cookie scoop (about 1T.) scoop dough from bag and form into balls. 

3 sq. white almond bark

Melt bark in microwave, 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between each heating. Dip truffles into melted bark and place on parchment paper. Decorate with sprinkles or drizzle with melted chocolate.

 

I dropped it into a gusseted cellophane bag and tied it up with some Gold Simply Elegant Trim (#155766, $7.50) and a tag made with stamp set Inspired Thoughts (155536, $19.00).
