CASEing again!

I CASE'd the card on pg.23 of the 2024-25 IB&C -- it's orange...do you see it? 😀 I used Wild Ferns (#162168, $24.00).

Lucky to Know You

 Hello! Sorry we missed you last week-- we were celebrating Mother's Day! We are back, and this week we have a unique color combination, here is my card--

I used Stampin' Blends to color my flowers and the rhinestones. The stamp set is called Country Flowers (#163405, $24.00) and I used the matching dies to cut out my bunch of flowers.

Oh no it's Retiring!

Hello! Welcome to this week's Sunday Fun Day post! The Sisters in Stamping are showing off some of the sets that are retiring soon. Here is my card--

Wouldn't you know the Scalloped Contours Dies (#155560, $24.50) and the sweet stamp set Color & Contour (#154994, $21.00) that I just purchased are on the recently published 2024 Retiring List! I'm so bummed that it's on it's way out!

6x6 One Sheet Wonder

Hello! I'm back from a little break, here with this week's challenge from the Sisters in Stamping. Here are my cards--

These 4 cards are made with the pieces I cut from a sheet of 6x6 Designer Series Paper. Here is a picture of the cutting map:

Dimensions: 3"x3", 1 1/2"x1 1/2" (times 4)

3"x1" (times 3), 3" square cut on the diagonal

Flowers Every Day

Welcome! The Sisters in Stamping are posting Floral cards this week. Here is my card--

I used a stamp set called Love for You (stamp set #160398, $20.00) it has matching dies (#160403, $32.00). The color combination Lemon Lolly, Melon Mambo, Starry Sky and Granny Apple Green. Oh... and there are those lovely Iridescent Rhinestones that I can't keep my hands off of!

Here is the inside of my card, I layered it with a 1/4 sheet of Lemon Lolly.

It's the Little Things

Hello, welcome to my blog! This week the Sisters in Stamping are picking their favorite Bundled Set from the Mini Catalog. Here is my card--

These little Bees, I mean come on! They are just the CUTEST! My two little bees are flying together cheek to cheek with a little heart, so cute. This set bundles with a punch that punches a small heart, the bee body (which also looks like a cartoon word window) and the wings (that can be used as a heart too.)

The second "little thing" is this tiny bow tied around the red card stock.

Next, we have the third "little thing" the little red heart (which comes from the punch) and fourth "little thing" those Iridescent Rhinestones (that I can't keep my hands off!)

 

I punched the wings from vellum and used my bone folder to give it a little curve.

Quick Wintery Christmas

Hello! Christmas is right around the corner and the Sisters are featuring some Quick Christmas Cards for this Sunday Fun Day! Here is my card--

I used the white sheet from the DSP Snowflake Magic, it looks like it is splattered with silver ink-- very pretty and shiny! I brought silver back into the design with some silver Elegant Trim (#155766, $7.50). Here is a list of what else I used to make this card: Stamp set Graceful Deer (#162084, $25.00), Snowflake Magic DSP 12x12 (#162147, $10.00), saying is from Christmas Classics (#161970, $21.00).

Shimmery Snowflakes for Sunday

Hello friends! The Sisters in Stamping are doing Monochromatic today. Here is my card--

The stamp set I used is called Season of Chic (#158810, $27.00) and the Chic dies that match (#158815, $37.00). I painted my die cut snowflakes with a Wink of Stella pen just to give them a little shimmer.

Sunday Thanks

Hey! Welcome back. The Sisters in Stamping are showing off some Thank-you cards today, here is my card--

This stamp set is called Birds Eye View (#161436, $20.00) and it is ADORABLE! Here are the images that are included in the set:

The "thanks" is from Biggest Wish (#155052, $17.00) this set is a staple and I've used it many times! I used Stampin' Blends to color my little bird and leaves, stamping some of the leaves on scrap card stock coloring them, cutting them out and making them "fall" -- I think this card turned out super cute!

DSP Strips Sunday

I've been trying to sort through my Designer Series Paper and I ran into a bag of strips that I cut a very long time ago for Christmas Ornaments (I think?). Anyway as soon as I saw them I thought about this weeks post!

Do you remember that commercial with the Mom dancing down the aisles putting Back to School supplies in her cart? I loved that commercial and still laugh to this day. 😂 Anyway.... I truly love this time of the year, and yes I think it's wonderful.
