Our Favorite Friday

Happy Friday to all of you and welcome to this week's post of the Sisters in Stamping (http://sistersinstamping.blogspot.com/) Fabulous Friday! This week we are putting our talented hands to work on some cards and projects using our favorite stamp sets from the newly released Occasions Mini Catalog. Here is my offering for this week--

My super talented Downline Suzanne Askey made this card for the last Meeting I attended in early January. I asked (begged) her to let me use it for this post....it was way too cute, and she won the card contest! She used stamp set Eat Chocolate (pg.30,2011 Occasions Mini Catalog) and the new glitter paper. LOVE IT, thanks Suzanne!!

Sale-A-Bration Sneak Peek!

At the Sisters in Stamping blog (http://sistersinstamping.blogspot.com/) we are giving you a sneak peek at the 2011 Sale-A-Bration sets. Sale-A-Bration runs from January 25 to March 31 and it's a great time to host a workshop, contact me today if you are interested.

Here is my card--

I used the SAB set called Punch Bunch and the 2010-11 Idea Book and Catalog set On Your Birthday. I used a Pumpkin Pie marker to color in the beaks of the owls and a Aqua painter to color the vests of each of the owls, sort of smeared the Melon Mambo ink.

Valentine Friday

Anybody who knows me knows that I have a soft spot in my {heart} for all things Valentiney! Thats why my project this week for the Sisters (http://sistersinstamping.blogspot.com/) was so much fun to do....here is a picture of the outside of the card--

I LOVE that new glitter paper!!! I'm hoping that the next SU! catalog (July 2011) will have LOADS of that glitter paper in it-- in lots of pretty colors!

All of the Sisters are heading off to SU! Leadership Conference in Nashville this week, check back, because even though we are going to be having tons of fun we still have a posting prepped for next Friday.
